James C. Baughman, Jr. Office Suites Plus, Inc. Jay Baughman co-founded Office Suites PLUS in 1998 and serves as its President. Jay has over 25 years of experience running both publicly traded and privately held companies. Office Suites PLUS operates over 35 suites located in nine states. Jay has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Transylvania University, and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Kentucky. In addition to other advisory and non-profit board positions, Jay is a member of the Board of Trustees for Dupree Mutual Funds, serving on the Valuation and Nominating Committees and as Chairman of the Audit Committe
