Javier García Iza has over 12 years of experience in the Serviced Office Industry. He has opened over 260,000 sq ft of prime serviced office spaces. He began his carrier working for an HQ franchise in 1996. In 2007 he launched his own company, IOS OFFICES in Monterrey Mexico. Today it is the largest serviced office center throughout Latin America with over 65,000 sq ft office space and over 350 office suites. In 2008 he opened his second location, now in Mexico City, adding an additional 150+ suites to his operation.

Being highly technology oriented, Javier has explored new niches and higher service standards in an extremely competitive market. Some of the unique features of Javier’s centers include WI-FI service in all areas, more than 50% allotted space to common areas, call-center-like systems for TAS, waiters, business lounges, terraces, a built-to-suit concept for large users.

Through his expertise in office management as well as his experience as a member of several boards – including office buildings, “EL NORTE” newspaper, Young President Organization (YPO), NGOs and companies - and his vision of best practices for quality improvement - Javier's involvement on the OBCAI Board will help lead the Association to a positive direction. This will help translate into OBCAI’s growth and better service in office centers all around the world.

Javier has a Mechanical Engineering degree from ITESM. He has ample experience in all areas concerning office buildings. His area of expertise includes customer service, product design, technology, floor plan design, telecommunications, energy savings and security.
