OBCAI’s Members help shape the association's direction by participating on our standing committees. Members are appointed to the committee by the committee Chair. If you are interested in serving on one of OBCAI’s committees, please email the headquarters office or the appropriate committee chair and you will be contacted.

Conference Host Committee
The Committee is responsible for planning social events for the annual conference.

Conference Education Committee
The Education Committee is responsible for coordinating the annual educational conference’s education program.

Education Committee — Virtual College
The committee is responsible for the planning and production of the Association’s Webinar Program.

Finance & Audit Committee
The Committee oversees the association's General Accounting, proposes the annual Budget to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all internal audits.

PR/Marketing Committee
The committee is responsible for promoting (1) the Association to its members; (2) the Association to the real estate industry at large; and (3) the industry to the public at large.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is responsible for informing the membership on all matters of relevance. This entails soliciting ideas and implementing suggestions to improve membership benefits. The Committee's main functions include: Membership Growth; Membership Maintenance; and Fund Raising.

Nominating Committee
The Committee is responsible for ensuring the requisite number of quality candidates for the annual Board of Directors election.
