TechSpace Acquires Nexspace: Company Adds Los Angeles to Portfolio

OBCAI Member TechSpace has acquired Nexspace, thereby adding a Los Angeles center to its portfolio. The company now has five locations, including three in Manhattan and one in Orange County, California.

The new 20,000 square foot center is located on the 17th floor of the Westwood Center Office Tower, in Westwood, near the UCLA campus and home to many Fortune 500 companies. The original Nexspace center originally opened in 2000.
