OBCAI member Preferred Offices, based in Washington, D.C. has changed its name to Carr Workplaces. The company will integrate its Preferred Offices and Synergy Workplaces brand under the Carr Workplaces flag. Carr Workplaces now operates 23 business centers in eight states and the District of Columbia, with 1,500 clients in total.
