OBCAI has partnered with a new service provider for members to provide to their clients. ClutterFreeBox is a simple and convenient resource for your clients — providing the exact amount of storage they need — by the box.  Using a simple interface, your clients will have the ability to store, organize, retrieve and ship their items without leaving their office.  Members will receive a 10-15% commission payment (based on volume) of the storage revenue of the cost of the ‘storage by the box’ program for your clients. 

ClutterFreeBox allows your clients to store items without having to physically transport their storage items to a local storage center and pay a monthly rental fee.  Through the program, your clients’ files will be stored and protected in a state-of-the-art facility with the following:

• More than 2 million cubic ft. of secure storage

Three Easy Steps For Your Clients:

• Sign up via www.clutterfreebox.com and receive flattened, bar-coded boxes.  Pack the boxes and upload text, photos or video descriptions of the stored items to the website.
• Arrange for FedEx pickup or deliver boxes to a FedEx location where they are securely shipped to ClutterFreeBox
• Retrieve boxes. Simply log into account, click on the box you want and it will be shipped back.

The monthly cost per box is $.99-$5.99 depending on the size of the box and amount of time in storage (month-month, annual or 5+ years).  (This price includes boxes, shipping of the empty box, shipping of the filled box to the storage unit and the monthly storage fee.  There is a return shipping fee of $14.95 per box, regardless of where shipped.)

OBCAI Members will receive up to 15% commission (based on volume) associated with every box purchased by a client.
