OBCAI’s Blog Launched

Great ideas quickly

OBCAI’s own blog has launched. The first blog provides tips to make your social media time more effective. Members are encouraged to both comment on posts and to submit blogs as well. Look for upcoming OBCAI blogs on ‘creating a drip email campaign’; ‘industry trends from 4th quarter 2009’ and ‘how business centers can prepare a press release ahead of time on their efficacy during a disaster’.

And of course, don’t forget to periodically check out our member blogs, for some great ideas. OfficeLinks is blogging to their clients about an exhibit in their Chicago Office Tower building and events in Lower Manhattan, near one of their centers; BusinesSuites is humorously blogging about “chexting”; Pirrotti Marketing is blogging to centers about marketing to Small and Medium Enterprises; CoreTel’s Jim Van Meggelen is blogging about “The Tipping Point for VoIP”; aBetterOffice lists their top ten storylines of 2009; and OfficeFinder’s blog discusses the risks of subleasing.

Another useful tool is the Telecom user group established by CoreTel for all telecom users.
